As a nurse, I have spent decades making critical decisions when people are at their most vulnerable. Those decisions are grounded in evidence, careful assessment, and accountability.

Safe Nurse Staffing Standards

Michigan’s healthcare system should be guided by evidence, accountability, and patient safety. Rachel Gross supports smart, sustainable staffing policies that protect both families and the healthcare workforce.

Write a short blurb about an issue your campaign is highlighting. Try to keep the text a similar size between the various issue blurbs.

Working families across the 78th District are facing an impossible choice: pay the rent or pay the bills. That kind of uncertainty is exhausting, and no family should live that way. Rachel Gross supports policies aimed at investing in organizations to improve rural rental housing access instead of allowing corporate developers to profit off hardworking families.

Research consistently shows that reducing cell phone distractions during class improves student focus, academic performance, and overall engagement.
